I love Pilates, and it is my go-to work out!  I have been taking Michelle’s group reformer classes for about a year now.  She is very attentive, and makes sure our form is correct while keeping her classes challenging and fun. I have been having lower back pain and tight hips, as I sit all day working from home. She helped me figure out the problem areas and suggested some stretches that I can practice at home. I always feel better after her sessions.
