I’m a teacher of movement and health-conscious habits, a dancer, aerialist, singer, performer… and my work is highly intertwined with my lifestyle. Teaching people how to exercise and make health-conscious choices is not just my day job or my side gig … this is a calling for me, and I’m invested in helping people improve their lives.
I specialize in adapting Pilates exercises to meet my people’s needs. My approach has been described as calming, detail-oriented, and motivating. See what people have said about my teaching style here!
Benefits of consistent practice include: increased strength, mobility, spatial awareness, coordination, improved posture, breathing capacity, quality of life, and more…. These are benefits that my clients have received while working with me consistently in 1-hour sessions between 1-3 times per week.
My method can feel ‘Abstract’ because I ask my clients to tune inward and exercise in a mindful and focused way. It’s not about imitating a physical form — it’s about generating movement in your own body so that it makes sense to you.
In addition to teaching movement, I teach that change is possible.
You will feel the results before you see them in the mirror.
Let’s get to work!
